Gavin discusses the need for careful user design around AI to make sure users get the experience they want and the AI has the proper input it needs to succeed. He suggests that we spend a lot of time on the experience so that the technology can be the brightest possible, because if you put all of your effort on the technology, the experience is where you will actually have the adoption issues.
